Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Item

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Personalized or custom-made products 
  * Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  * Gift cards 
• Earrings and jewelry for hygiene reasons

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
